Green Onion Vinaigrette
3/4 cup grape seed oil
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
To make the vinaigrette, add all the ingredients to a blender. Secure the lid and blend approximately a minute. Taste and adjust the salt, if necessary.
