Super Easy; Serves 6-8
Here's what you'll need...
6 hibiscus tea bags
1 1/4 c granulated sugar
1 c water
This is what you'll do...
Set a pot over low heat and add ingredients. After sugar dissolves, stir and allow to simmer 15 minutes. Increase heat to medium-low and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and discard tea bags.
Once syrup is room temperature, store in an airtight container and refrigerate until to use.

Flavored syrups are perfect for cocktails, and during the summer months, they're ideal in lemonade and sun brewed tea.
This recipe calls for hibiscus tea, but you can easily use mint, rosemary, lavender blossoms, or even beets.
